Graduate Degrees
Description:
This project is aimed at increasing the number of researchers devoted
to innovation in the wine industry. Therefore, with this project we can
accelerate our innovating process and increase the number of issues addressed.
Although we are currently far from the reality of other countries in terms
of the number of human (researchers) and monetary resources, projects
such as this would help bridge this gap.
Outcomes:
4 new Researchers with Master’s degrees
4 new Researchers with PhDs
Comment:
Our researchers are recognized internationally. Their level is up to
par with that of their peers abroad. However, if we really want to bring
about a change in the industry we must start out by increasing the number
of PhDs working in it. That is why we now offer 10 graduate scholarships,
which we are planning to increase and improve in order to capture the
best candidates.
