Our mission is to merge business and academics in a way that truly innovates in the industry. The companies establish the needs for research and development and that research and development is implemented by research teams from the universities that coordinate with the vineyards and wineries throughout the process. And both share in the benefits of the effort.
The ultimate mission is to become a viable enterprise over time and manage ongoing innovation in the wine industry.

Goals of Vinnova and Tecnovid:
The Consortiums engage in developing research programs aimed at strengthening the quality, productivity, differentiation between wines and sustainable production. They develop innovative production alternatives that are economically viable and have a high impact on the competitiveness of the Chilean wine industry. This means innovating throughout the industry chain, from elaboration to commercialization.
